To charge double or more vs what I paid to ZAP Electric. Of the 8, only 1 other Licensed Electrician knew the proper way to bring in the wiring from my sub panel vs main breaker. But that Electirican did not understand the DWP rebate program. He didn't even think a permit was required when it clearly is required if you want to get your $1,000 rebate from DWP. This is the only Electrician that knows the entire process like the back of their hand to get you your $1,000 or more rebate.
