"This is the first time I’ve used Angie’s list. And I couldn’t be happier. Mitch Morales from REM Electrical called me within 10 minutes. The outlet connected to my tankless water heater stopped working so I had no hot water. Mitch was great he had me check a few things to see if I could fix it myself. He walked me through checking the breaker and reset button. I asked him to just pop over. He was there within 30 minutes. He showed up when he said he would he was polite, professional and quoted me a price over the phone and that’s what I paid. He made sure I had hot water before he left. "I called 5 different electricians from Angie"s List for quotes. Johnson Electric gave the cheapest quote. I called on Thursday afternoon and they were able to due to job Friday morning. I was contacted Friday morning to let me know that Oscar would be at my house between 11-12. Oscar showed at a little after 11. He was polite and did a good job. He answered all of my questions as I watched him do the work. He took extra care to be as clean as possible. He replaced 5 kitchen CFL lights with LED lights. After finishing that he went on to install a new electrical outlet in a hallway. Once again, he took care to be as clean as possible and answer all of my questions as he proceeded. The whole job took about 3 hours. I will definitely being hiring Johnson Electric again when I need electrical work done around the house."

"I was very happy with the service from William at Garafano Electric. I left a voice message and he returned the call within a day to set an appointment and to understand the specifics of what I needed to insure that he brought the correct parts. He let me know up front that there was a minimum one-hour charge for the visit. On the day of the appointment, William arrived precisely at the agreed time. The light switch repair was a small job that only took about 15 minutes and I'm very happy with the quality of the job and the new switch. William asked if I had other electrical tasks needed doing so that I could get the full benefit of the hour. The only item I could think of was that the bulbs in the living room fixture needed to be replaced, but it's a cathedral ceiling and too high for me to reach. I did not have the correct bulbs on hand, so William drove to Home Depot, purchased the bulbs and then installed them for me, all within the one-hour charge. This was well beyond what I expected a service provider to do and I was very pleased with the customer service. I would certainly hire Garafano Electric again."

"Mr. Ghali is fair and honest. Got a very good feeling about this once we started talking. He provided a quote for the job, and 2 other electricians came later the same day and finished changing 26 recessed lights, replaced the dimmer switches to match the LED lights and replaced an outlet in the outside garden that was not to code, all done in <2 hours. They were neat and clean and were very pleasant. Much appreciated that this was all done so professionally and in short order."
