"I cannot overstate how happy I am with Ron and his great team from Babylon Builders. I had a dream to have a greenhouse built with a hot tub inside. I was looking for an oasis and a natural garden under one roof. I searched and interviewed many contractors and I at one point thought this idea could not materialize as there were discussions from other contractors who did not seem to get the feel and flow or vision of what I was trying to capture. They were very efficient, creative, and neat in their cleanup every day which was so important to me. "We wanted to bring a new look to the house by replacing the floor. After checking several companies, we decided to contact landmark construction because we saw a project that they did and we liked the feedback from the people that hired them. We met with Ezra and he looked and saw the house. He provided us with several samples of wood floor and after we selected the floor that we wanted to have, we met again for the final price for the work. Ezra was able to work with us about the price and the dates of installation. He was able to send 4 guys that will remove the old floor and to install the new one. The work was completed after 2 weeks and this could happened only because they worked on several sections at the house in the same time. The workers cleaned each space at the house where they worked and we were pleased with this type of work.

"We had a great experience with Mejia's on a very complex fence project. Approx 140 feet of fencing, completely falling apart and surrounded by multiple issues (tree trunks, overgrowth, concrete, a hill side, etc.) They evaluated us quickly, the quote came in on target, they scheduled us immediately and stayed in communication with us every step of the way. The work only took a couple days and the cleanup they did on the job site had our land looking better than when they arrived.
