After they finished working on my chimney and had loaded up the ladders on their truck to leave I had a question about something I saw on the chimney. They were very kind to unpack the ladders again and go up on the roof so that I could show them the exact place I was talking about. It turns out that after all that it was just a shadow, but I appreciate that they were willing to go above and beyond to make their customer happy. The price was fair and reasonable for the job. "Went well up front. Careful of there ten year guarantee. Had them come so we could finish our bathroom in our basement. We Finished our basement after they finished their work. Five years later the leak reappeared in the exact spot it was when we first contacted them. When we called to tell them about the leak, they told us we have to rip apart our 8K bathroom to prove them it was their work. The leak was in the same spot when they originally came out. Because of this I would not recommend them. The rip out and the replacement is on our dime. I think the guarantee is very Limited."

He was here within 30 minutes and said he could do the job. He would be back Monday or Tuesday (7/25-7/26). 45 minutes later he called back and said he had an opening today and could do it now if we wanted. Bob was back within the hour and the stump is gone and the hole filled in. Bob and his crew are polite, friendly and great at what they do. We will be using them again and would highly recommend him to anyone."
