"All Under One Roof recently replaced my roof on a 3-story, 200+ year old Federal in Newburyport. It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. He’s very professional, responsible and communicative – a “take charge” guy in the best meaning possible. I was completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, and did not have to worry about micro managing the work. I should also point out that All Under One Roof began work on date scheduled (a month in advance) and completed the job (start to finish) in short order. I highly recommend All Under One Roof. "The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."

"Having reached out to several roofing contractors I found the initial team (Steve quoted the job and Mark who is the owner) to be knowledgeable, extremely professional and competitive with the price. After signing the agreement I was assigned a representative (I was in contact with Paul) and he kept me updated on the timing of shingle delivery, dumpster and when the crew would be onsite to work. The work was completed within the timeframe they quoted and was done well. The roof looks great and they made sure the area around the house was left spotless without bits of shingles or nails. I would definitely hire them again and feel comfortable recommending them as a quality roofing company."

"The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."

When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless.
