I have been a locally licensed residential contractor for nearly 10 years and have recently also acquired my General Contractor license, allowing me to do any work requiring a permit. I have built multiple homes, converted porches to screened porches, finished basements, completed pre-closing punch list, including minor electrical, siding repairs or replacement, code required repairs and more. If I cannot do it, one of my crew can!

What they did was fine. BUT the gentleman that did the work tried to leave before checking the functionality of his work.  The door wouldn't close because he bent the bracket that held the sensor. He came back in to fix that.  Work was fine, but he left the old rollers lying everywhere and he greased the "screw" overhead with too much grease that dripped everywhere after the first few up/down moves of the door.

The job would have been A+, 5 star except for these items.  We probably will use them again, but will stay and watch the entire time.
