There was considerable demolition to be done including removal of some ceramic tile and some underlayment to sheet vinyl to be removed. Mack sent 5 guys to do the demolition work was done in a day. We are going to have them install the same flooring in the remaining part of the house."

I think I may have overpaid for the work done given it's a patch and the ceiling material on the inside was not re-replaced.
