Was told that "wood is not straight and that I would need to drill a metal stop into the cement to fix it". I've never lived in a home where the fence wasn't aligned top to bottom and, if I were dealing with a customer, I wouldn't tell them that it was because that is the way wood is. If there is additional work that needs to be done after a job is complete, to me, the job is incomplete."

"<p>I needed my metal front gate repaired because it was rusted, but the cost of repair outweighed the cost of replacement.  I was given a good price since the vendor said he had a larger order that he can dovetail my small order with but I just have to wait for about 2 weeks.  I wasn't in a hurry but had to call him after 2 weeks and it took another 1.5 to schedule the work.  He said it would take about 1-1.5 day to do the work but it dragged on to more than 3 days because of one reason or another.  He also had to do some re-work to my satisfaction.  Also had some small additional costs because the vendor kind of has selected memory as to what is covered in the job.  I recommend writing down every single details, although I thought that I did.  Overall, they did the job okay and tried to meet my expectation but not the most efficient crew. </p> <br />"
