Justin showed up at the exact time he said he was going to be at my house. As we were walking around marking out the new driveway his guys showed up. Six short hours later all work was done and everything cleaned up. These guys are awesome! The work looks Amazing! I'm sure I will be using them again in the future. "

"The most challenging part of the job for us was removing all of the furniture from the family room as well as taking up the laminate floor prior to Concrete Jack's arrival. Two workers arrived on time, drilled holes in the slab, injected the foam and "lifted" the slab back to level. Before they left they filled the drilled holes with a concrete mixture. I think their part of the job was finished within an hour. Then my wife and I re-installed the laminate floor and put the furniture back in the room. Our part took many more hours than their part for this particular job. Overall very happy with the result."

Rob Reed and Ashton King, the repairmen from Done Right Home Repair, demonstrated the true spirit of that idiom when they went to work on repairing a broken drain pipe in the outer wall of the kitchen. In less than 75 minutes, these guys removed the vinyl siding, and wood panel to expose and repair the source of a hidden leak which was recently discovered during an inspection of the crawl space of the house. The coordination of Rob's plumbing skills and Ashton's carpentry skills, and their committed teamwork got the job done. I want to recognize the owner of Done Right Home Repair, Greg Moxley, and his office manager, Sandy Barnes, for their kind and patient assistance in completing this job so quickly and at a very reasonable cost. This the kind of response I most admire from contractors and their employees. Many thanks to all of you."

"I originally found Steve via Angie's List and he has done several jobs for me; all on time and at a reasonable cost. However, when my roof began leaking after this winter's heavy snows, Steve really outdid himself. <br /> He came out, looked at the roof and then met with my insurance company to determine the optimal solution which ultimately meant replacing every board and all the shingles. <br /> To work around my schedule, he brought in two crews to finish the job faster in a single day. Even the Insurance Adjuster who was there told me he was impressed with Steve. <br /> Steve felt so strongly about the benefit of architectural shingles, that when I made the decision against them because of the extra cost (that the insurance would not pay for) Steve said he would pay the difference if that?s what it took. "We wanted to extend and replace our existing concrete driveway. Originally, after signing the contract, the job was scheduled for the week of July 2nd. We were contacted and informed that the job would need to be rescheduled for July 10th. Due to poor weather conditions, the job was rescheduled again for August 3rd. Then, we were informed that they could not do the job on August 3rd because it had rained so much the company was behind on their contractual obligations. On the evening of August 5th, we received a call that they were going to begin the job the next morning. The job took 2 days to complete. The crew was punctual and performed their work proficiently. The old concrete was removed and the area cleaned up before the guys left on the 2nd day. I enjoyed dealing with Eyvette, the assistant to the owner. She was professional and friendly and always responded to my questions. We also had to replace the old brick step that lead one step down from the porch to the driveway. For the step, Bill, the estimator, put us in touch with Sunil, who does brickwork. Sunil works weekends for McGhee. He came out this past Sunday morning, it took all day to install, and the new step looks great."
