"Chili was great in helping me select the perfect color for my new roof. He left samples and suggested I take notice of the roofs I liked in the neighborhood. The Jayhawk team was great. They arrived on time, were professional, detail oriented, & did a super job with clean up. Simply put.... my new roof is beautiful! My confidence in their work is priceless!"

"After receiving several estimates from contractors to replace my screened porch ceiling (I had already removed the deteriorated plywood ceiling that was installed by the builder in 1992), I was put off by the estimates, ranging up to $5,000. At this point I contacted WT Anderson, who had replaced my roof a few years ago, hoping that they might do this type of work. Tom Anderson came by to see, assured me they do this type of work as it is really installing soffitt material, showed me some samples and subsequently provided an estimate of about $1,400. I selected a white vinyl beadboard. The ceiling also contained two skylights which needed to be trimmed out. The roofing and gutter work previously done by WT Anderson was superb and I had them go ahead and do the job. I subsequently asked them to replace the trim wrap around my garage doors (2) which brought the total cost to $1,740. I thought this was very fair. The two workers from WT Anderson showed up as scheduled, completed the job in one day and the installation went smoothly and looks great. With porch ceiling, they installed strapping to existing framing, plywood to box in the "tunnels" to the skylights, installed vinyl covered metal wrap around the top of the porch walls and then the vinyl beadboard. With the garage doors they removed the existing wrap, replaced two 2x6 framing pieces and then installed new brickmold where needed and new trim wrap around both doors. They were careful to seal all around to keep water out. The finished product looks great. The workers were polite, respectful of the our property and thoroughly cleaned up after completion of the work. Workers is not right word to describe Nestor and his helper, there were skilled craftsmen. WT Anderson will be my "go to" contractor for any outside work in the future."

"I had my own roof replaced in May. In August got my Mom’s roof replaced with this company too, in Hampton; including replacing 10 plywood boards. Such a great company to deal with. Does a beautiful roof job and cleans everything up perfectly. Lowest estimate after checking with 4 other major companies. Looking to feel secure with a company that does an excellent job for the lowest estimate, don’t hesitate to call this company!"

"Project manager Tony and his team came and imagine 12th my metal roof redecked the whole thing in plywood applied shingles did gutters did trim work did woodwork fabulous job from start to finish I highly recommend this team"

"Andrew is very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasant person to deal with. He repaired and coated 37,000 square ft. of a metal roof for us in just a few days at a very reasonable cost."

"Our steps leading to the deck had collapsed and I thought they needed to be replaced but Mr. Phillips was able to repair them using the existing material at significant savings for me. He also replaced the roofing material on a small screened room on the deck. He and his son were very prompt and reliable and the worksite was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!"

"Cesar and his crew did an excellent job replacing my roof and did just as well with clean up. I’ve had roofs replaced on other homes (also in the area, Virginia Beach and Chesapeake) and both times was left with a huge mess in my yard and nails everywhere. This was not the case with Cesar, definite attention to detail from start to finish. I would recommend him to friends and family (and already have). Also I would use his services again for future projects."

"We contacted United Roofing to put a new roof on for us and they were extremely professional to work with. We decided to have them do new windows for us, vinyl wrap all windows and doorways, as well as gutters and gutter guards. We couldnâ  t have been more satisfied with the job they did on all the projects. Since completion a few years ago, we have had a few very minor issues and after making a phone call, Tim has responded quickly and taken care of our issue within a few days. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and a company that stands by their work."
