"When I called to get an estimate I was asked how many windows to be cleaned, I said I can send you pictures of all the windows but he asked me to count the flat windows, I told him I had 14 flat windows and a bank of 3 arch windows over the front window. He said he did not need to see the pictures and he said it would be $90 I accepted and we scheduled a date and time. On schedule two guys show up and one explains that the price quoted was basically low and that they normally get $9 a window plus the arches are counted as windows. I was then told it would be $140. I was in a bind because I was having blinds installed and needed the windows cleaned so I accepted. The two guys did a good job and they were fast in and out in one hour. I was a little dissatisfied they over charged the original quote by more than 50% and when I went back and actually read the Angie List reviews I seen where the majority of the prices were $99 there were a couple up to $120, my fault for not reading the reviews and just looking at the ratings."
