They were courteous and quite helpful (originally I thought I didnâ t have an attic fan and they helped me find someone to install) then once I discovered it was broken I was able to get a reasonable quote for the work done (on a long weekend) and was able to have it scheduled within a couple days. The office is super responsive (via phone and text) and the guys who came out to do the repair were really nice (introducing themselves) and quite efficient. "I called on Monday, contractor got right back to me. Work was scheduled for that Thursday, and contractor arrived on time, gave me prices for work after I showed him around.
