He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "We can not say enough wonderful things about Homeland Remodeling Group. To start, Dan answered our inquiry the day after we sent it and he showed up when promised. Many contractors would either not respond or promise an estimate and not show. Dan was on time and he provided us with the estimate before he left that same day. While waiting for the siding to arrive, Dan was very responsive, providing updates. Once the material arrived, the crew was very professional and worked efficiently. They would arrive at 8:00 am and leave at 5:00pm. The siding, fascia, soffit and gutters look perfect. Honestly, we could not have asked for anything more. "I hired American Home Remodeling previously to replace the house siding, rebuild the upper front porch/steps and repave the driveway. Because that project was successful I hired them again to complete masonry work in the front, replace lower cemented steps, paint the entire base around the house and add railings to the steps. Nicholas Fiore was my contact. Again my expectations were met. Nick is hands on, always available if needed. What I like about AHR is once the contract is signed the job is completed within a reasonable amount of time, quality of work is great and there's no need to chase contractor's asking questions. "Generally Pleasant experience from quoting to completion and the people I interacted with are respectful and professional. New roof was done in one day and I was happy with the way they protected the surroundings of the house and my patio area, which had newly installed pavers. While replacing my roof I was slightly disappointed in the fact that they didn't bring to my attention a loose soffit and missing fascia board which they could have addressed while they were up there. It was the perfect opportunity and even if I had to pay a little extra the job would have been done. This wouldve avoided me the trouble of calling a different professional and going through the hassle of hiring and managing another (very minor) project. When you select a company that has the most and best reviews you almost expect them to blow you out of the water in terms of customer service/satisfaction. It would also be helpful to inform the customer who is in charge when the project manager steps away in case something comes up. The roof looks great otherwise and they did work with me on price and financing options."

"Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. Any minor tweaks required or requested were met with prompt action to ensure the project was completed to expectations. We recommend URS for any exterior renovations. TY."

"Very satisfied with the project. Salesman professional and knowledgeable about the product & specifics of the when & how the project would be completed. Workers were professional. Completed when they said. The only issue I have was I would have appreciated a reminder that when the plywood was replaced that I cover the contents in the attic. "The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."
