"Dylan the salesman arrived promptly, and was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. We scheduled the removal and replacement of the roof of our house and shed, including new flashing around the chimneys. The installation was scheduled in a timely manner. Kathy in the office was extremely nice and helpful too! The day of the installation the crew showed up on time promptly at 7am and got right to work. They put down protective drop cloths all around the perimeter of the house. We've never seen such a hardworking crew. Throughout the day the project managers checked in on the crew. The crew returned the following day and worked hard until they completed the job later that day. When they finished, they used a magnet sweeper all around the house to make sure they got all the nails, and cleaned up any debris that was left in the yard. When they were finished, you wouldn't have known they had been here! The dumpster was picked up promptly the next morning. The project managers Tim and Logan arrived the same morning that the dumpster was picked up to make sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Our roof looks excellent!
