We waited as they had previously done some AC work. We arrived at 2 to find the tech James Hill. His first words were you're not going to be happy! He said we had 5 leaks in our main. To prove it he told his helper to close the house valve and showed us dial spin at meter. To shorten all his lies, he convinced us to use a Tankless at $5k+ and the main was $12k+. He got us to sign estimates as we needed it done. later WE tested valve. When WE shut it, all stopped. in AM called KUB and usage only spiked when heater blew. We emailed to cancel they tried to charge a cancel fee! After Bcc our lawyer, owner, Tony met us. later said he fired them"
