"In Early October 2023, Angelo (owner of B&P sealcoating), came out to my house in Ashland and prepared the drive for sealcoating. He was nice & personable. 2-3 days later he came and sprayed the drive with his sealcoat solution. Looked nice. However, 3 months later, in Jan Ã¢Â Â 24, I noticed bare spots appearing on the driveway. The sealcoating was GONE in a variety of places: a 3 ft long strip about 1 ft wide along one edge, several smaller areas on the opposite side, little spots across the front apron. I notified Angelo ., sent him photos, and he said he would take care of it in the summer of Ã¢Â Â 24. By the spring, the areas had grown. As these areas receive little or no traffic, and there was very little snow, why was the sealcoating disappearing? I contacted Angelo later, in the spring, and he said he would be out later summer to fix it. Early summer I sent him an email and no answer. Since early August till now I have called him 3 times and left messages, and NO response from Angelo. The season for doing the repair is closing....about 1 month left. I paid Angelo the going rate (compared to 2 other sealcoating bids) and expected the sealcoating to last at least several years before wearing.....NOT 3 MONTHS. Now it is almost a year later and Angelo does NOT answer my calls, has NOT responded in any way. nto my messages. I suspect he waters down his product, creates a thinner coating which starts to disappear quickly. Looks great when done, but does NOT last. Now he has blown me off. This is my only action left. AngeloÃ¢Â Â s service is a rip off. You use him, and you take your chances. I am now eft with a driveway that is looking more like nothing was done less than a year ago. Be forewarned."
