"The job was fairly straightforward and I had already procured the sink and most of the additional supplies but the job required some replumbing of both the water supply and drain. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. I have no other complaints."

From the moment when he called me to hear more details of my problem, to setting up an appointment based on my availability (even though I was late because I was picking up the kids from school and he waited for me patiently), and to the wonderful job that he did fixing the toilet leaking problem that I was having. He came to the apartment, looked at the problem and while he was working, he found out that the problem was much bigger than what he had anticipated. He explained to me in details what the issue was and how to get it fixed. He left to get some additional parts that were need it and he returned to finish the job within a few hours.
