"We called Jan's fence because they installed a privacy fence for one of our neighbors. That fence was beautifully installed and mounted rock-solid into the ground. So we called Mariusz at Jan's Fence for an estimate. We needed privacy fences on both sides of our unit's rear patio area. Jan's crew is so skilled that they finished both fences in under two hours! When I asked how they could do it so quickly, Mariusz grinned and replied "Years of experience." He and the crew anchored the fences into concrete that's poured underground. So the anchors are invisible. They're also so strong that the fences didn't need to be bolted to our unit's external wall. (That can be a real advantage in a condo community.) We've never experienced a contractor who is so responsive and precise in their pricing, scheduling, arrival and work... which is superb. You simply can't go wrong with them."

"Dan and his associate actually did a nice job replacing my old cedar fence around my pool with a combination vinyl and aluminum fencing last fall. Dan was very pleasant throughout the process. Unfortunately, when I opened my pool this spring, I discovered that they had punctured some underground pool return piping while installing one of the fence posts. (The pool was already closed last fall when they replaced the fence so there was no immediate water leak at the time of puncture.) I am disappointed because Dan would not respond to either email or phone call (with message) to discuss this matter."

"So THIS is what it is like to have a beautiful, comfortable, maintainable backyard! In an effort to get a swing-set built for our son, we realized that our rocky, hillside, on-ledge backyard needed professional help that went beyond a mere swing-set project. We invested in a plan to completely re-do our backyard space from steep, rough, jagged hill-side, to modern outdoor living space. With all the heavy equipment and know-how to do it right, Stefanos built us a double tiered paver patio, complete with retaining walls, seating areas, lighting, a proper firepit, and a flat area with plenty of clearance for our son’s future swingset. Our project also fixed several long-standing drainage issues at the property (extending gutter downspouts underground), and routing water away from our house. Stefanos knocked the entire job out at a rapid clip (approximately 2 weeks, start to finish). The job spanned many facets, from ledge-chip-out, running excavators in very tight quarters, trenching, installation of dozens of yards of loam, and gravel, and proper regrading. It was an awesome experience to watch folks who are masters at what they do work, and my 4-year old loved watching the heavy equipment operate! Stefanos was also very diligent about cleanup of both the staging area for materials, and the entire yard. The output of the project was even better than we hoped for. Simply outstanding.
