"So-so experience. Job was bid and performed in the depths of the recession - I think he priced it so low that he needed to cut corners. Plus: did job quickly, when scheduled. Old roof was removed with only medium amount of mess. New roof went on OK. He did an OK job installing a skylight in the new roof. Minus: He reused the old gutters, which I would not recommend anyone else do - they were pretty battered by the time they had been removed and replaced. Some of them still don't drain right. Here's the worst part: on the last day, one of his guys fell off the roof. My wife was in the dining room and saw him bounce off our back stairs and land on the grass. Fortunately, he didn't seem to be badly hurt, as he ultimately landed on boggy grass. However, Scheinfeld, when told about this, took more than an hour to show up, and the injured worker called us a few days later asking for our homeowner's policy info, thinking that we would be paying for his medical care - can you believe it? I run a small business and am very familiar with the concept of Workmen's Comp - no telling what was going on between Scheinfeld and his workers, but something seemed to be very, very wrong. A couple of our gutters still don't drain right, despite several calls to have them adjusted. But the roof no longer leaks."

"Gary and his team gutted and expanded bathrooms, installed wood floors, installed smart toilets, replaced countertops, kitchen sinks, electrical work, installed a whole house generator, installed ductless systems in areas of the house that needed additional heating /AC as well as replaced a few windows. Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. We are on a fixed income and procrastinating to get our roof redone. I definitely called the right company because they made it way more affordable than we anticipated.

"Ivan did an outstanding job on the replacement gutters. It was a one day job and he worked throughout the day. I might add that it was a Saturday. The recent storms has shown that the gutters do not leak. Installed 5and quot; gutters and 3X4 downspouts. I opted not to install the leaf guard system.
