"We had a very solid pocket door stuck halfway closed as it went offtrack. Bill had to literally break through the top of the drywall only to find that the rear roller had fallen off inside the pocket in between the two walls. He therefore had to break through the bottom of the drywall to retrieve the roller. He managed to reattach the roller. He then added a block in the pocket which prevents the door from ever becoming too imbedded in the pocket. Finally, he fixed both holes in the drywall and matched the paint exactly. The wall looks like new and the heavy door slides in and out of the pocket perfectly. When finished Bill made the work area spotless. Will definitely use Bill again."
