Aaron and Ryan showed up the next week as scheduled, right on time first thing in the morning - like Mike, they explained things very well, good guys. They built everything out pretty much in the first day without having to take down the power (due to the way they did things and the nature of the work). Next day, first thing in the morning they took down the power for about 3 hours while they cut everything over to the new box (using the old box as a junction box), and transferred the feed to the new mast. Inspection went well, everything works, and all looks neat and very professionally done."

However, there were several items that had to be reminded about. There were also several items that were not done, or done poorly. I had to call the contractor because of missing insulation and covering, and they never came out to repair as promised. My side yard where a trailer sat for weeks was damaged, and was not repaired. The contractor did have sub contractors."
