PC Restoration is an immediate response company that specializes in fire, water and mold damage with 24/7 emergency services. We offer various cleaning services to homes and businesses including carpet cleaning.
"Probably the worst company we have ever worked with, a project that was meant to take 4 to 6 weeks, is now in month 8 - communication with the company is awful, they never reach out to us we always have to call them to find out what is going on (we have had them schedule contractors to come in (so they say) but the contractors never turn up (once I can see but it has happened 5 or 6 times now)) or when they do show up they only do half the work we were told they were going to do because they weren't told to do it (seems like a pattern here with communication). The subcontractors they hire do substandard work and has to be redone, they also managed to crack a propane valve causing a gas leak, beer cans left in the yard after they left (yes they were drinking on the job), deep scratches in wooden floor, put a hole in a door, put up a cabinet but didn't secure it to the wall so it fell out. Would I recommend them to anyone - I would recommend that you stay away from this company."
