This told me that he likes to have defined elements of work which guarantees that 1) the customer will get the work done that they want and 2) the contractor will know what their tasks are ahead of time and will not be asked to do out of scope work. Bottom line is that he did what the contract required with no qualms and no excuses. <br /> Yes, we had a few problems but Jim or his guys worked hard and quick to correct them.
