"You can always spot a roof that David Keefe has done. He will give you a beautiful quality roof that you will not have to worry about. Along with the traditional hip roof I also had two flat roofs that needed repair and he was the only one who quoted "torch applied bitumen" vs cold application. Heat is essential in a flat roof replacement to prevent leaks. He provides a generous amount of plywood and wood in his estimate; most companies short you and then add on the cost after the job. He and his crew who are on his payroll (no subs) take pride in delivering the best. This is an honest reliable company that never made me feel anxious or worried about the job they were doing. Had a few things I wanted to have taken care of (cosmetic things), and the owner himself came out to look at them, fixed some on the spot and had his crew out the next day...
