"They tore out and disposed of estimated 500 ft. of old cedar fence. They dug up all of the corner posts and cut off all the other posts below ground. They replaced with 6ft. tall dog ear Premium red cedar boards and Rough sawn 2x4x8ft cedar stringers. All posts were installed in concrete. The work crew was excellent and I would highly recommend!! I went with the cedar because the last cedar fence they replaced lasted 30 years. I am very pleased with the quality of materials used. Absolutely love the look of our new fence!"

Very good attention to detail. Very knowledgeable. Willing to use materials provided to them. Very good communication on costs, supplies needed and scheduling. Willing to obtain and deliver additional supplies at purchase cost. Hard working team of 3-4 completed project in 5 days. Charged $20/hole and $40/hole if jackhammering required, $2 per linear foot to string 5' welded wire fencing, $200 to hang the gates, $50 trip charge per day due to extended drive time. Loved them and would hire them again. <br />"

"Project manager was thorough, informative, and on-top of all subcontractors used.   All change orders were fairly and economically negotiated. PM carefully listened to my wife's comments and followed through accordingly. He worked very well with the electrical and drywall contractors I contracted with separately. (I used these excellent subs previously on other projects at our Landsdowne property.) <br /> A/R was recommended by our architect and met all of the architect's specifications providing a results that exceeded expectations. All work was "on time" and to original quote plus fairly negotiated and economical minor change orders. <br /> Contract was simple and included all specifications understood at the time of signing.  There were NO SURPRISES. <br /> Three contractors bid the project.
