"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company is all about getting their $99.00 for the estimate, selling you an annual service fee and then quoting exuberant prices. Not really sure if they really care about doing the actual plumbing work. Recently gave me an estimate for a job of $500. Learned later after from another plumber that what they wanted to do was actually not correct AND should have cost no more than $250. Had I used Fayette Heating / H20 Mastero, I would have paid $600 for a job done incorrectly. At least the 99.00 I paid kept me from damaging my house further. There are a lot of reputable plumbers in Lexington. Suggest you look elsewhere"

"So for 2 days, my a/c wasn't working, it was 90 degrees in the house, our go to hvac company is comfort heating and air. A gentlemen named Taylor Burton came over, and was able to fix the issue quickly, within 10 minutes, and also changed the filter to the unit. Thank you Taylor Burton, for the excellent work you did. 5/5 stars, and I highly recommend this company to anyone. They do a good job, I know, because I've used this company before."
