"Dave Jensen and his son Dave built and expanded an amazing deck. This project started after I had my portch rebuilt about one Month ago. Dave handled all the details, planning, lumber delivery, and installation of 2 Helical piles for proper support. This deck is built out of composite material with hidden fasteners. ALL the railing, 4x4s, 2x2s, 1x2s etc. in the picture are Cedar. This was done by Dave and we stayed within the budget. Anyone who know a little about wood knows Cedar is more expensive, but also a better choice and better weather resistant. Daves decades of finish carpentry work can be seen in the finished product. Both Dave and his Son Dave have attention to detail, take pride in their work, and show integrity. Its going to very difficult to find someone to take the time and build a quality project like this. "I want to say the only reason, I did not rate Brian with all A's is only for his lack of promptness in calling back. With that said, Brian is not a guy they hangs on his Iphone texting and calling everyone! He is a working man, and you can feel that is his hand shake! I was not in a hurry for the work, so it all went just fine. If you are in a hurry and need to be pampered with reassurance and calls. This contractor will probably frustrate you! <br /> I also live in a remote area that's expensive to get to and everything costs more and jobs are hard to be competetive on price. But I was flexible and so was the contractor. <br /> In a day, the concrete was cut, removed, replaced and finished with forms removed. His laborors were very friendly and stayed till 7pm to ensure the finish was perfect. The site was left without piles of excess pour and finish graded to my approval. <br /> I feel the comment of the paranoid individual prior to me (they were more interested in my stuff....) was unjust. "HE was professional, friendly, polite and just fabulous! I had called a plumber friend of a friend and they were going to charge me $150 from leaving their shop to returning, just for an estimate and repairs, I could not buy my own parts and there was a one hour minimum. I said no thank you. I called Butch, he was helpful and perfect. I am going to use him for everything!!!!!!!!! My husband is not a handy man at all and I can feel overwhelmed by my 40yr old log home~ I finally feel like I can start getting stuff fixed! He was honest and quick and cleaned up too! And he was sweet to my daughter! His add says "They think they know everything?so call them?" Im a believer! A good handy man can save your life, or at least make it so much easier! <br />"
