"The salesman was great however when it came time for installation, the door was not at all done the way we had thought it would be done. (installer said it could not be done the way we had discussed with the salesman)  Installation took a lot longer than even they anticipated and a part had to be ordered as the installer cut a piece too short.  Anyway it took over a month to finally get the installation finished from the time it was started.  Seems like a long time from when the windows come in until they are even able to schedule an installation.  Their work was good and I assume we will not have any trouble with them.  Since it is a sun porch and it was not completed until the end of Dec., we have not had occasion to try them out.

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Sal was recommended to us by a friend that found him here on Angie's List. We had him completely gut our bathroom to the studs. Overall he did a great job. Everything was undated that needed to be including plumbing, exhaust fan, mold resistant wet area dry wall etc. The shower he built turned out perfect and we get compliments from everyone thats sees it. At first we thought his price was a little high, but we are so glad we went with him. You actually do get what you pay for. I gave him a "B" under responsiveness only because we had to wait approx 6 weeks for him to schedule the work. With that said it is a good comfortable feeling to know that he is that busy and in such a high demand. I would recommend Scott to anybody that wants a honest quality job done at an affordable price point.
