"Good work, but more expensive than I expected. They charged me for time to install the wrong size disposal, then guy had to leave so he sent for another plumber to come and bring the correct size unit, remove the wrong one and install correct size. I would think he could see that my sink is a deep sink versis regular sink before he installed the wrong one. How is his error my expense? I had to pay for 3.5 hours of labor for what should've been a 2 hour job. The faucet repair was quick and simple and he did a great job with it."

I contacted him at 8 am and to my surprise he said he could arrive around 3pm but that he would call me when he was on his way. He called around 2:15 and said he would be able to ariive a little before 3 if that was good for me. Ralph was professional in appearance and demeanor. He has a fully equipped truck which prevents him from having to go shopping in the middle of a job which I had experienced with another contractor. Ralph quickly diagnosed the source of the leak and fixed it. He explained the issue to me and gave me several pointers for improving efficiency of the toilet. In addition, he was very thorough in answering my questions regarding septic tank maintenance.
