"Nick was great! We had a pilot light that wouldn't stay lit. He first adjusted the thermocouple and got it going but, of course, it went out again after he left. He came right back and replaced the unit. He was very friendly and did a much more professional job than the plumber who installed the last one back in 2000. I wouldn't hesitate to call First Call again. <br>"

"It took a very long time to get a bid, almost three weeks and I had to contact him again in order to get it. We had a miscommunication regarding contact on one of the days of the job. The work was good, though we had to have him come back out to repair the latch on the gate he installed. He came out right away and took care of it promptly."
