"We love our water softener system, it really has made a difference in our home. About 8 months after we had it installed, we found a leak for the reverse osmosis unit under our kitchen sink that had warped the wooden shelf under the sink. Hague stood up to their guarantee and had it repaired. I actually like how it was done the 2nd time better than the first with respect to how the equipment was arranged under the sink. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> "
