After visiting to learn our needs, Devon submitted a typed estimate with photos with inserts of work to be done. It was the midline estimate of two other estimates. We went with them because of the detailed information in the proposal. They started on the day originally proposed. The next day we got a torrential rain, with a huge puddle in the yard. They kept working in areas where they could, and started back to work when the area dried out. As advertised, they did all digging by hand, no trencher digging. -Worked around underground cables and the irrigation system.--No problems. -Worked hard to use our turf for lawn repair. Sprinkled grassed which is now germinating. -While working, due to the rain, a lot of mud got tracked around, but they did a good job of smoothing it out.
