"I had a 20 foot section of brick veneer wall that was leaning 2-3 inches at the top away from the house structure. Travis came out an inspected the situation and diagnosed it as failing ties to the structure. He advised me thoroughly on the remedy, explaining the system that he would use and built up my confidence in him and his work. We scheduled for a repair about 4 days later and he showed up on time and completed the work. I was assured that I'd be unable to detect the repair and it looks great and now I don't have to worry about my garage wall falling into my neighbors yard. He also patched some cracked bricks that were symptoms of the failing ties. All of this work was done for a very reasonable price too!"

"The outside job was fixing cracks ands chips in brick wall. I was very satisfied with the result. The inside job was to install vinal plank flooring in the kitchen, dining area, living room, hallway and 2 bathrooms. It is beautiful! Looks like real wood. I am very impressed with his attention to detail. Probably could have been a brain surgeon. He made sure that the ends of the plank flooring went under the walls."

I scheduled my drywall and I had to call and re-schedule because my brother had semi-emergency surgery

I re-scheduled for 02/08/15, took off work and Sometimes Spouse was a No Show/No Call.  After 20 minutes I called them and was told the drywall guy was sick

I re-scheduled for 03/06/15, took off work and Sometimes Spouse was a No Show/No Call. Called after 20 to 40 minutes and was told there was a mis-communication.  I was re-scheduled for that Saturday, 03/07/15 and the Dry Wall Guy did show and told me that he did not get a job order until late Friday night and he apologized.  He came with his wife and son.  He and his wife did my wall and his son played with my dog. We had a great time.  It didn't take long to do and he textured the wall for me also.

As far as using them again that is questionable, management needs to talk to each other.

"The work was finished 4 weeks after the original dates set.  They put in the tub and tile surround and said they fixed the leak.  They did not check all of the pipes before putting in tub, so when the tub was filled and drained for the first time it leaked everywhere into the downstairs bathroom. This made a huge mess and then the entire ceiling had to be replaced.  Which they charged us extra for. When they took out the ceiling they found the leak.  Which we had talked about originally and they said they had fixed when new tub went in.  We saved the toilet and the cabinet to the sink since it was hardwood and in good condition.  I figured this would save us some money.  We had a great deal of "extra" cost that was not included in the budget to begin with.  It ended up costing us closer to 6000.00 dollars instead of the original 3500.00. 
  I was very disappointed with the overall cost and with the time frame.  We were told it would take about a week.  With the leak and additional repairs it was finally done about a month later.  MY time is extremely valuable and part of the time issue was I couldn't be there at certain times.  They really need to be more precise with their time management and budget setting.  The work that was done was not up to par and it is now about 6 months later and the grout around the tub has cracked and I have to have someone else come in and redo some of the tile work as well and finish all of the edges because they were left just cut off which we have found to be dangerous.  I would never recommend this company to anyone."
