The tech was there by 8 am, I had a price within 30 minutes, and they started the repairs by 9:00. My outdoor fireplace had stone veneer that was falling off, many joints cracked, an interior wall of fire brick that needed to be removed and re-set, and a base mantle of bluestone that had a hairline crack. David and Kevin were polite, efficient, clean, and my fireplace looks like new!
