The work they did was extensive--repairing 80 year old stone walls, widening our driveway and installing pavers instead of asphalt, reconstructing and reconfiguring the stairs coming down to the driveway, excavating and rebuilding walls. Their communication was excellent. They were fast but didn't cut a single corner. They worked closely with us to track down pavers that would match the walkway we had put in years ago. They added underground drainage from downspouts. And they are such nice guys! We have already arranged for them to do more work for us. I would recommend them without hesitation. "We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. He had recommendations for dealing with our furniture while construction was taking place.
