"We had River City Wrap last week overlay our cracking cement driveway and walkway with aggregate. Took them 3 days which we expected and was told the agenda. This was a very pleasant experience, the project came in on time and on budget. The workmanship is outstanding and was exactly what we contracted for. "I moved to Hampton Roads in the summer of 2011 and soon thereafter found J&J Powder Coating.  They are a mom and pop powder coating business -- Jim and Jill are personable and do great work at a fair price.  I have had many items powder coated (aluminum wheels, various brackets, bolt heads, steel skid plates, and most recently a fairlead).  As long as its metal, they will powder coat it.  I've seen first hand in their shop the variety of things they have finished:  motorcycle parts (for individuals as well as for businesses), but lawn furniture, railings, lawn sculptures, engine parts, bicycles, wheelchairs, firearms, etc.  Each time I've been there they have taken the time to discuss the part and its use, made coating suggestions, helped me identify the correct color and finish, media blasted the item and coated it evenly and expertly.  I've been pleased with all of the work I've had done there and plan to go back in the future (I have an old red wagon that I'm planning on having them refinish).  They're very reasonably priced and have always had the item ready for pick up earlier than they initially specified. They're open six days a week, but will accommodate you after hours or on their day off if you cannot see them during their regular business hours.  I cannot say enough good things about them or recommend them enough! <br />"

"Tommy was quick to call back and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Received estimate within a few days and based on estimate and Angie's list reviews we decided to go with Always Painting. <br /> Tommy provided us with a start date and he and Lou showed up at 9 Am ready to work. They stayed at it all day and when they left everything was put away and they even set me up a spot in the middle of all the chaos so I could watch tv!  The next day Lou was there and worked another full day. He did an excellent job prepping the walls and was really conscientious about having a perfect surface (we had several spots with cracks and previous poorly repaired spots). The job took about 3 days for the inside which was exactly what Tommy had said. The exterior work took another day.  <br /> These guys took so much care to clean everything up. Lou got on his hands and knees to make sure my would floors were spotless. When they left I was so pleased with how everything looked. Absolutely perfect! <br /> I agree with the other reviewers. Always painting by Tommy is the team you want painting your house. <br />"
