"We moved into a new house and after some unusually cold temps found the heat wasn’t keeping up. Called Russel’s and scheduled appt in a few days but asked if someone canceled and they could fit us in sooner , we’d appreciate it. They ended up sending somebody out that night. Didn’t take long to figure out the issue. And the technician was very nice and helpful. Even sent quotes very next day for some additional work that we’re considering."

"My experience with Air Duct Pro was exceptional. I expressed my needs and Doug was right on it! He said what his guys would do , and they did that and more . Gabriel and Brandon were so fantastic , kind , respectful and very thorough.They totally cleaned up the mess that was made from cleaning all my air ducts and air handler.
