"I am happy to recommend Stanley Phelps Construction Company. After calling Stan, he was prompt in coming to inspect and give me a quote. Two days later, the vents were installed!! I was pleased with the service, professionalism and expertise. I will be calling on them again for future projects."

"Geoff completely remodeled our bathroom from top to bottom. It came out beautifully. His does all the work himself and its high quality. He was great to work with and always kept us updated with progress. Highly recommend this company for your next remodeling/home improvement project!"

"This company was very professional. They came for the estimate & was on time. Told me that the weather had them back up but they would do it as soon as they can. They were able to do the work yesterday. The concrete section came out great. The guys that were here were professional. I am going to get them to do an estimate on a shed now. They have a A rating for a reason!

"All around knowledgeable of home maintenance and even easy suggestions of upgrades."

"Gary did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection."

"My project went well. I’m a General Contractor and use Custom Contracting’s services often. This project included re doing all of the cornice and siding on a two story home. From tear off to install, everything went very smoothly. Custom has great field management and they are quick to address any issues that typically arise when a job is in production. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in keeping me up to date with what’s going on in their area of expertise and that helps me greatly as a GC. They conduct their business in a professional manner and you can trust that you’ll be in good hands when you choose Custom Contracting for your roofing and siding project."

"Concierge did an amazing job with my roof and my plumbing. We went from an eye sore to a newly built cross-gabled roof. All plumbing was done neatly and in a timely fashion. There’s no way I can call another company in the future, Concierge has gained a loyal customer."

"I have used Aaron for a couple of years now. He always does a good job. He has done painting, tile work, replacing rotten wood, hanging light fixtures, and built a fence, etc. Sometimes, he is booked in advance and I have to wait."

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
