"I utilized Houzz.com to search for a fence builder for our home which at the time was being built. Houzz.com recommended DanDale Fence and I couldn’t be happier with the choice. I was contacted by the company rep quickly and they listened to what we were looking for. Initially we did the process via emails/telephone/text. They sent a rep to visit the property build site and we were able to get a finalized drawing and quote in a day. They (DanDale Fence) totally understood there would be a delay between the site visit and closing date of the home purchase. In the mean time, DanDale Fence were able to obtain materials and have them on site the first working day post closing, and began construction the next working day. The construction crew were awesome and had 401 linear feet of fencing with three gates up one day. The workmen kept the property clean of debris. Our fence is a beautiful white vinyl 6’ (5’ slat with 1’lattice). DanDale Fence has a QA inspector come the next day to make sure our fence was up to their high standards. "What a great family owned business to work with! I interviewed several fencing companies to make an informed decision...let's face it, replacing a fence is an investment. I chose Banks Exteriors Plus for several reasons (professional estimate, not rushing me into a quick decision, cost effectiveness, and the time element to begin the project), and I'm so glad I did. Their work was excellent and often over-and-above what I had expected (I had plenty of growth (shrubs, tree limbs, ect. to remove), and it was done perfectly. Clean-up occurred at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. The staff was personable and took the time to ask me to come check something to make sure it was exactly what I had wanted. "Mark along with the crew arrived on time to install a wooden privacy fence with walkable gate enclosing my backyard. After Mark went over the project, the crew removed the old fence, organized the materials, and systematically completed each task. A few more workers joined the crew, eventually leaving two to finish the job. By the end of the day, they were finished and cleaning up. I appreciated being consulted on site about clarifying my preference concerning the gate instead of doing “what’s standard”. Also, Mark was available by phone to answer a question, and came by the next day to go over the project with me. He even took care of a minor detail himself on the spot."

DJ was very responsive in coming out to look at the job and providing a quote, and was very honest about the pricing and potential longer lead time due to COVID issues. Due to shortage in lumber supply (and increased prices), the price for vinyl instead of wood was not much more expensive, so we went with the vinyl install. The pricing was very fair and we couldn't be happier with the results. DJ stayed in communication with me leading up to the install and came back again to make sure we were on the same page with the layout.
