"I contracted Virginia Foundation Solutions because of an issue I had with water seeping through the concrete/cinder block wall to the garage during heavy/steady rains and would install a weeping tile and pump system. The crew that came out to the job site, Joel, Alex, Tomas and Jacke known as "The Blue Crew", were on time and started the work right away. They were cognizant of the plumbing to the water well and the electrical on that side of the house. They were very careful during the excavation. The work took a good part of the day, and when it was completed, I couldn't have been happier with the overall results. I had brick pavers that I was able to incorporate into the landscape to frame out the upper layer of rock that was applied over the drainage rock and weeping tile/tubing. The testing of the pump functioned perfectly, and the electrical work was contracted through DT Electric LLC. Thank you again, Virginia Foundation Solutions and DT Electric in assisting me to resolve my water intrusion problem."

"Josh and Aaron came out on the first day of my project to remove the installation and to get things started for the next team. I enjoy meeting Josh and Aaron.They explain what the next team would be doing when they came. The next team that worked on my project Nate, Aaron, Tylor N. and Jabree were great to work with. They came to the door to let me know they had arrived and what they would be doing that day. They showed up rain or shine. They cleaned up every day before they left. Vinny and Jeff were the electricians on my project . They called ahead to let me know what time they would be getting there. Upon arrival, they explained everything that they would be doing. Once they finished, they showed me pictures and told me what all they did. I would be glad to work with Vinny and Jeff again. Pual and Chris A. call to let me know they were on their way. They completed my project in a professional and timely manner. When they were finished they showed me pictures and told me how everything operate. I would recommend Bay Crawl Space & Foundation."

"Very disappointed for the lack of care and quality that went into the job. The job that they completed for me was completely re-doing my flower beds around the front of the house and around my large tree in the front yard. When I requested a quote, the company owner showed up to the house to sell me on the vision of what we could do, then after signing I got a bunch of kids that rushed through the job. Sold by the visionary, but work completed by young guys with a lack of care. -They were the most expensive of four quotes, thought I would get higher quality. -They didn't use the thick black material that prevents weeds like all three other competitors who gave me quotes did, they just sprayed weed killer (likely as a cost-cutting option). -Their young kids/guys who completed the job over-sprayed the weed killer a solid two to three feet all along the outside of the flower beds and killed a lot of my grass outside of the flower beds, as well as other areas of my yard many feet away from the flower beds. Just random sprayed spots where the grass has now been dead for weeks. Just use the black material like everyone else does....rather than kill a bunch of my grass.... -They left a bunch of clumps of grass and weeds in the flower beds that they never pulled out like they were supposed to, very very sloppy. I essentially had to go around cleaning up these clumps from the flower beds after they left the job. -They left two different rows of bushes completed lop-sided and not in a straight line along the house, they ended up having to come back another day to fix this. -They ended up leaving two empty spots where one of the young guys that was somewhat in charge told me he would plant two particular plants in those two spots, then just never did. So they had to come back another day upon my request to plant something in those spots. -They tried to charge me for additional plants that were already on blueprint/invoice sheet from the original quote. They ended up fixing this, but come on guys.... For this being the most expensive of the four quotes, I really ended up being the sucker....good for this company, they got another high profit job by selling the vision and then *well* under-delivering. I paid the invoice in full and moved on, but I would advise anyone else reading this review to not buy into the vision of the owner or his son, in terms of what picture they paint in your mind about quality. These two guys WILL NOT be the ones doing the work."

"Avoid them...their own intall tech walked into my house, looked at the work order and -incredulously- declared to me that 'whoever wrote this up...they were probably new. But this isn't going to solve your problem". That ACTUALLY HAPPENED. Drying Company completely botched the job. They failed to finish the work (offered some laughable small credit instead) and then sought civil remedy for an amount I don't owe. Oh, and they kept the deposit. To summarize: THEY BOTCHED A JOB AND THEN SUED THEIR OWN CUSTOMER. I was going to let sleeping dogs lie but now I'm going to use every consumer digital megaphone available. Just look at the photo! They were hired to spray foam my crawl space!! That's what they left...They claim this crawl space has been mitigated for pipes freezing."

"This company is the epitome of excellence. I hired JES to install engineered push piers for our slab. Prior to the work being done our entire upstairs would squeak, no matter how softly you’d step. After they completed, the squeaky floor subsided by 80/90%! Which is so amazing, and I didn’t even think it would fix as much as it did. We also had them use polyurethane foam to stabilize additional areas of our slab and driveway! The driveway wasn’t bad, but there’s a noticeable improvement. Where me and my husband were really impressed was by the production crew. They were extremely buttoned up, timely, and extremely considerate. They even managed to allow my kids to nap without disturbing them! How they did that is beyond me. When they got up though, they started the “jacking” process. My oldest son (6) and I were giggling at the noises it made, and the crew laughed along with him. The crew leaders- Greg Shock and Luis Carranza communicated through every step of the process and insured that we were 100% satisfied with the project prior to even asking for a final payment. That alone made me feel secure about my decision to have JES do this work. When it comes to home services, this company is truly a class act and a clear level above other companies in their field. They offer full solutions without adding on a ton of extras to pad the cost. I was informed of the importance of drainage around our slab, and it was explained to me with such grace and patience. I am not well versed in this field ha! Not only was excellent work done, but it is also warrantied for life! JES will be the only contractor I call going forward for my foundation needs. I mean that honestly!"

"I found Dreamscape on Angi, and Tom Rozier and his crew did a fantastic job transforming my daughter's back yard while her husband was deployed. Working within my budget, Tom figured out how to replace a weedy, worn patio with something polished and beautiful that reminds me of the yellow brick road. Led by Tom's wonderful #2, Larry, Dreamscape provided plantings flanking the "road," in the corners of the yard, and in front--everything looks great. The leader of the crew who put down the hardscaping was a genius. In addition, Tom recommended Wright's Wells and Drilling to remediate the drainage problem that had long made the back yard unusable; Gary Wright worked miracles. Besides being likeable, Tom, Gary, and Larry are all seasoned professionals. They were communicative and helpful and worked within the constraints of weather and other jobs to get my job done before my deployed son-in-law returned. Heartily recommend Dreamscape."
