"The Braswell representative arrived on time and was courteous, helpful, and honest.  Though my specific situation was not Braswell's primary focus (it will involve masonry repairs and water sealing around my house's foundation) the representative nonetheless was very thorough in examining the area in question, he tested for dampness, and he recommended multiple courses of action that should repair and permanently correct the issue.  He displayed integrity by not trying to make a quick buck.  Instead, even though he knew that his company would not be responsible for the repair, he still discussed possible solutions at length.  Should I need water damage repairs in the future, particularly roof related, I will certainly be calling Braswell Construction Group. <br />"

"Pete was amazing. He demoed the existing chimney brick, and replace with all new brick once the chimney was rebuilt and properly supported. Pete arrived on time every day, he completed the work timely and did a very high quality job. I would hire Pete again in a second and without any hesitation! "There was nothing outstanding or horrible about this service. Overall the fence looks good and seems to be holding up well. My areas of concern were in the lack of communication and substandard workmanship. When I went to check on the progress of the install, the workers had installed a white vinyl panel that didn't match the neighbor's fence and they staggered it onto my property instead of continuing on their fence as I requested since I had permission from that property owner to do so. They blamed it on the lack of communication within the company, but I still don't understand why they wouldn't have questioned that the panel didn't match. In the end they returned that evening with the correct panel to finish installation. Other issues: not having all supplies on hand for installation, black finish on the fence was scraped up pretty bad in places like it had been dragged across concrete, and not filling the voids around the fence poles that were installed. <br />"
