The project also needed some site work as well as concrete, electrical, and plumbing. </p> <p>              I really did not have any serious issues once we started and If I have any issues at all they are not with Pearl Contracting they were with the subs he used specifically the plumbing and alarm co. I'm pretty sure that if you ask Troy he either is not using them anymore or will tell you what the issues were.     </p> Regardless of the subs lacking Troy made what they were responsible for happen. <br />"
