"Used AJ Perri in past satisfactorily but now... Furnace checkup rattling sound, tech said was due to inducer fan motor needs replacing (ball bearings). Signed agreement for $2,300, they were going to order a replacement, paid $1,175 deposit. Cancelled work before the tech left as we were going to have it done later - also looked up the cost of said motor on the manufacturer web site only $209! Billing department unavailable to have the "pending" charge removed from checking acct. Found cancellation form in paperwork, only includes mailing address with a 3 day only grace period (?). Unable to fax form as a fax # (on a different form only) just rings & rings. Had to scan and email form to general "info" address. Unable to get through to billing dept, never available. Given direct phone # for said dept which gives a recording "voice mailbox not set up" then disconnects. Homeowner fixed all rattling noises for $0 - was only loose screw inside fan motor mounting bracket. Not refunded yet."

Shan-Gri-La Sod Farm is family-owned and operated that started in 1939 as a poultry farm in Willow Grove, PA by my Grandfather Dewey H. Bunch, Sr. In 1967 my father, Dewey H. Bunch, Jr., purchased our farm in beautiful Bucks County, PA and began growing sod. My brother, sisters, and I all worked side by side in the fields with my mother and father learning about the importance of family and hard work, as well as the commitment required to establish and maintain a successful small family business. In 1990 I began the landscape construction division to satisfy customers wanting to deal with one qualified contractor for all of their outdoor needs. We are E.P. Henry authorized paver installers and have had photos of our projects in their catalog each year since 2005. We are currently on E.P Henry's Website where one of our projects is featured as a virtual tour! In 2002, my wife Beth and I purchased the business. "I had a service appointment on Feb. 28, 2019, for two problems: limited hot water in one shower and cloudy water coming from the kitchen faucet most of the time (also impacting the dishwasher--ie, I can't use the faucet or dishwasher for safe and sanitary cooking or cleaning). The technician fixed the shower, but said he could not identify the problem with the water (which was not cloudy at the time of the appointment) without first taking a water sample and having it run. He opined that it was a water quality issue and needed to be filtered--confirming that it is not safe to use the kitchen faucet or dishwasher (same pipe) until it was fixed. It is April 15 and I have been unable to get an answer from anyone or have anyone come back out to fix the problem. I have emailed and called, and nothing. No explanation of the test results, no follow-up. Highly disappointed. Now I will have to start over with a new company, two months later, so that I can soon start using the water in my kitchen for cooking and cleaning. For someone who cooks often, this has been a nightmare, and it is ruining everything that goes through the dishwasher with the film and residue left behind. I do not recommend this company. Regarding the shower, he was called for an evaluation and estimate, and began fixing the issue without authorization. The cost seemed very high for the repair work, and my landlord wanted to get a few estimates before proceedings with repairs. The technician didn't provide that option. I was ultimately happy to have the shower fixed, but overall not good service."
