"The two owners arrived a few minutes early, with all the necessary equipment and gear, and wore foot coverings, masks - took every step to minimize their own "footprint" while cleaning - it was extremely professional. Had a chance to talk with one of the two while they were cleaning as I was doing work downstairs - he was very polite, educated, and really knew his stuff about his business. They did an incredibly thorough job, cleaning in every little corner and edge before setting up to leave. This is our second time with them, and we'll be scheduling again with them soon."

"Cannot say enough about the superb cleaning by Camilla and her Final Touch team. They've done a 5-hour deep cleaning of my elderly cousin's home as we prepare the house for sale. Cleaning was certainly as advertised, as previous reviewers have noted, and Camilla's 15 years experience clearly shows in the energy, efficiency, and detail she puts into her work. Her pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the number of people she assigns besides herself, the total hours, and the finished product - - a clean and sparkling home, from floor to ceiling, with closets & laundry compartment organized and neatened, and beds made up perfectly, giving the home a fresh and new look that we wouldn't have imagined. Our cousin describes the cleaning as "fab," and says Final Touch is a "GEM" of a find. Added note: Camilla has a packed schedule but she insists on giving a deep cleaning all the time and attention she believes it deserves for her stamp of approval. That said, when we told her we were hoping deep cleaning would be completed before the listing realtor was to see the home in two days, Camilla understood the importance of our special circumstances and was willing to re-arrange her schedule to allow the deep cleaning in advance of the realtor's visit. And, because the clean and bright home was so improved in its appearance, this definitely helped the realtor in assessing the home's value. "I waited a few months to write this review so that I could see how consistent their performance was. So far I have been very happy. This seems to be a well run business. Appointments are done by email and I can pay with a credit card on file. Two cleaners are sent over to get the job done in two hours. I usually get the same cleaners each time and they are very nice people. If there are any problems, I have a phone number to call. To sum up, I have been, I have been happy with Karma Diva and would recommend them."
