"The initial fence removal and new fence were installed quickly and done well. We are so happy with how things came out. The gate was completed a few weeks later because they needed to wait for some parts to come in. In these times with Covid, I know supplies can be difficult to find as I had trouble buying a refrigerator a few months prior. Chad maintained communication with me to keep me updated throughout the process. When they came out to do the gate, there were a few problems initially getting everything to line up as they were using the existing poles in order to save me some money. All my concerns were addressed and they all worked hard to make it right. I would have no problem recommending Fence Pros Direct to family and friends and I would use them again."

His pricing was a little higher than the other quotes we received, but sometimes you pay for what you get and his approach was what won us over. he followed up with us gave us a time line of 3 weeks and had the fence done in a week. He also used a high quality fence which was important to us (we did some research to confirm the product he was using).
