He built and poured a concrete pad for the outdoor compressor to sit on and mounted the compressor to the pad, drilled a hole through the wall and snaked the line-set from the interior unit to the outdoor compressor, mounted the interior unit, mounted and secured to the exterior wall, twenty-five feet of line-set from the interior unit to the compressor, connected the line-set to the compressor, prepared and installed all the required electrical hook ups to the exterior unit, opened the line-set valves and insured that the lines were secured with no leaks, and installed exterior line-set covers. Ken is a good communicator and easy to work with. Along with his professional installation, he made valuable suggestions that helped to make the project a success. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Ken for any Mr. Cool DIY mini-split heat pump installation."
