"Project: Design and install a patio. This project was not easy. The design and build of this paver patio should have been straightforward. The challenge came from the adjacent conservation area and town. There were other patios that had been built in this complex without approval from the conservation officer. This created a scenario that meant my project would be scrutinized and managed to the nth degree. Rodrigo was amazing. He knew what was happening and understood town politics. He was patient and willing to work with the conservation group as they adjusted the requirements a few times. He had to step over some land mines but he and his team designed and built a patio that met my needs and also the town?s requirements. He ran into an extra problem that we weren't expecting with slabs of concrete under the pavers but he was upfront and told us he would have to take additional time he hasn't budgeted into the initial estimate and the demo would cost more. He was professional and his initial quote was the most competitive to begin with, we agreed to a higher cost for the additional labor and he came through with great quality work that we love.
