"Matt was fabulous. I highly recommend him and his company. I never had the house power washed before and I will continue having it done through Matt every year. The house looks new. I had rust on vinyl siding I could never get out myself and he got every bit of it. I love the look of my house after he did it. I am very very pleased. The price was very very good and Matt was on time and extremely knowledgeable of what chemicals to use on the house. I am very satisfied with his work. He returns your calls promptly and shows up when he says. He takes pride in his work and won’t leave until you are happy and he is happy with his work. Very friendly and thank you Matt for doing a job that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend your work. Thank you."

When it comes to your home, curb appeal, beautiful backyards and everything in between make a home what it is. I created Envision Custom Landscape Design for the sole purpose of helping individuals just like you to have the Dreamscape You have always wanted. While all Home Owners want to have a gorgeous Dreamscape, the three main challenges they encounter is 1. putting a design together, 2. the high prices large design outfits charge and 3. having a reliable, experienced and dedicated team to get the job done, and done right. This is where I come in. Based on what's important to you and your family, I design a Dreamscape that is tailored to your specifications and what ultimately brings out the true beauty of your home. I utilize everything from fences, decks, paver patios, outdoor kitchens, pools, sprinkler systems and even maintenance free Xeriscapes to bring Your Dreamscape to life.

FAQs for concrete delivery projects in North Branch, MI

The amount of concrete you need varies by project. One 80lb bag covers an area of about 2 square feet, for a slab 4 inches thick. Two 60lb bags of concrete cover an area of about 2 square feet for a slab that is 6 inches thick.

A truckload of concrete can usually hold a maximum of 10 cubic yards.

The cost of concrete per cubic yard depends on which brand you purchase, but usually costs about $110 for bags.

It takes about 41 bags of concrete to fill a cubic yard. Always plan to buy a few bags more than the exact required amount in case of mistakes.

To calculate the amount of concrete you need for a slab, you should find the cubic yardage of the area you will be filling. Just follow these steps:

  1. Measure the area in feet.

  2. Multiply length by width, and then by thickness.

  3. Divide the resulting number by 27 to find cubic yards.
