"In November 2024, I signed a contract for bathroom work to replace the tub, shower walls, fixtures, install a glass piece and floor. Where upon I gave a 1/3 deposit. The contract stated that work was to begin on January 6,2025. It did not start till February 19th, but was not notified till I called to confirm the start the date was on schedule. I gave another 1/3 payment when work started on the 19th. Work was completed except for the glass piece where upon I gave a final payment of 1/3, minus $500 for glass and rod installation, and finish trim around shower walls. After inspection of the job, I found it to be very unsatisfactory, plus several damages to my walls, woodwork and stains on carpets. I made several attempts from February-May to contact Bath Flip to get work completed and got no response. The glass piece was finally installed in April. So here it is 6 months later, and my bathroom work is still not completed. I have spent hours cleaning and patching walls. "

His team competently addressed long neglected problems by reinforcing the floor joists, replacing and leveling the water damaged subfloor, and providing all new leak free (a new experience for us) plumbing. A beautiful floor to ceiling step-in tile shower was installed along with a new waterproof luxury vinyl floor with a solid wood threshold at the door. A new vanity and toilet completed the room. All new ceiling, wall, and trim paint, too. Eric was in daily communication; We always knew a day ahead who would be here and their arrival time. Eric was just a phone call away when we had a question. Everyone who came to our home was very professional, pleasant, and competent. "Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

I have just learned that there are holes (where he put his scaffolding) above the leaking area. The windows were new and the only leaks are below the holes. I have spoken to other roofers who say it was a very poor job and should be redone."
