"Beantown did a great job replacing our entire roof, installing new skylights, and adding new gutters. Their sales leader and project manager were highly professional and communicative throughout the entire process. When their team found unexpected old wood that needed to be replaced, they were able to pivot on a moment's notice and still finish the installation cleanly and on time. Overall, we're very pleased with their work and would hire again!"

"It went exceptionally well!!! Andrei was able to get started on the job very quickly. He and his crew showed-up every morning right on time and got right to work. They were always courteous and professional. I found them to be quite versatile and competent in their skills. Whenever I would come up with a question, no matter who I was speaking to, they always listened, gave me their full attention and responded knowledgeably. The new roof and cedar shingles were done perfectly and they cleaned up around the house and left the grounds probably looking a bit better than how it looked when they arrived. Andrei discovered a few issues with the plywood sheathing dating back to when the house was built and he knew exactly how to fix it. He made just a few suggestions (during the job) which I really appreciated. He asked if I had any intentions of replacing the south side bedroom window because replacement would be much easier and less costly if they "trimmed out" the perimeter first, before applying the cedar shingles there. I do need to replace that window fairly soon, so his suggestion was quite timely. I will definitely call upon Bel Islands Home improvement again!"

"They were timely, prompt and efficient with a fair price quote and conscientious, caring workmanship and service. When the hammering on the roof caused my kitchen fixture to shatter, Tim came with me to Home Depot to select a replacement, which he purchased and installed."

"Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

"Excellent job! Replaced my whole roof and installed new gutters, the ones I won't have to get up on a ladder to Clean!! All in ONE DAY!! The crew was polite, friendly, Very hard working! They had a woman working with them she was wonderful, I was impressed! They worked from 7-6pm! They cleaned up after did a Beautiful job. It was supposed to be 2 days, but they finished it in One, Very Long day. I Highly recommend them? Very pleased with my new Beautiful roof!❤ Thank you!!!"

"Best Roofing job I had! Great Customer service"

"My neighbor had Waterman put a new roof on their house. I was able to watch it being done from my window. I did not see any of the workman take a break during the entire job. They came early, finished by about 1:00, cleaned up everything, and generally did a super job. I wrote down the name of the company and telephone number from the sign that was left on the the lawn. A short time after the roof was done, another neighbor happened to ask me if I knew anyone who did roofing. I told them about Watermark, and they hired them and were very satisfied. When the time came for me to need a roof, I hired Waterman. The man that came to my house helped me pick out a color that was similar to what I had.The shingles were put on in a weave pattern. The color and the weave is beautiful. They sent a big crew and the work got done quickly. The also did my shed to match the house, they fixed my chimney, and put in a fan from my bathroom to the outside that never got done when I had a new bathroom done. They checked my attic for mold since the bathroom. fan only went to the attic. I am extremely satisfied with the work and how nice everyone was, including the lady in the office. Thank you for such an excellent job. Lois Blackman."

"We had a few windows replaced from storm damage. Eddie’s crew, Kevin, Joe, and Andrew thoroughly explained the process and were always courteous and professional from start to finish. They did a great job and cleaned up well upon completion."
